Thank Jah! It feels like it has been 5 or 6 years that the skinny jeans have reined numbero uno. The time has come to put them to rest or in a trunk for a few years. Don't get me wrong they work for a few key pieces that would NEED a thin leg but come on, try something new eh? Shopping almost sounds fun again! I can't wait to see my options...

Why must it end?

As New York Fashion Week comes to a close, I would like to take the time to reflect on the past shows that have spent my lunches perving out on. Ronson , Rowley, Jacobs and Johnson...ahhhhh.....as I was telling a client earlier today "What's not to love about ANYones spring line?" You will always have a Calvin Klein and a few others that sticks with the classics. Black, white, grey, maybe throw a tangerine in for a splash of color. Here is the thing, designers like Klein and Halston are old school. They can make a line without a lot of color or glitter or chunky madness, what they have is Steez. They don't always do color because they simply don't need to. Halston my Heritage please. Moving on....spring promises fresh color that we welcome with open arms. Indeed.
